I walked in to make an appointment for inspection underneath my F350 after an encounter with debris on the freeway. Lori Adair asked if I had some time then and took the truck right in. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Once I got home, I noticed 2 missing lug nuts, another one was about to come out, 4 more were loose, and my center cap had came off. Called the deale Once I got home, I noticed 2 missing lug nuts, another one was about to come out, 4 more were loose, and my center cap had came off. Called the dealership around 4:30PM and was told this wasn’t a good time to call and that I should call back tomorrow. Once I was able to get ahold of the service advisor, they said they would pay for replacement lugs and cap. However, no discount on the service was offered. You should not have to double check the work! More
