Maintenance visit (oil change and "check engine light" on without symptoms). Service Rep, David Ward, excellent. Upon completion of job, he explained that the mechs could not find anything "triggering" the "check engine light" and reset the system. He explained several of the things that could illuminate the light and said to come back if it came back on. Light was off and remained off during drive home. Next morning, car started fine, light remained off but came back on after driving about 1 mile and remained on for the rest of the trip (about 50 miles). This is becoming a real pain. Does anybody in the business understand this system and can diagnose the problem (if there really is one). More

My review is more directed at the Service Writer Jesse. Awesome !! Had an issue with my new 2022 Bronco. Visiting PCB, Bronco would not move. ABS malformation setting NO GO!! 2 to 3 days wait. Ugh, J Awesome !! Had an issue with my new 2022 Bronco. Visiting PCB, Bronco would not move. ABS malformation setting NO GO!! 2 to 3 days wait. Ugh, Jesse kept us update while we waited about every 45 minutes, he told us he was going to take care of us and get us out ASAP. 2.5 hours later it’s ready!!
