Lori was courteous and very professional. however I need a technician to find my problem with my transmission. Currently she tells me that she is short on technicians and I would have to leav however I need a technician to find my problem with my transmission. First off I made a mistake in purchasing tires from somewhere other than my Autonation Ford last year for my 2016 Ford Taurus SEL. Even though I paid a fortune for the set they wore out quickly and dam somewhere other than my Autonation Ford last year for my 2016 Ford Taurus SEL. Even though I paid a fortune for the set they wore out quickly and damaged my rotors. Took the car in for an oil change & the damage was found. Jonathan (service advisor) & Kirk (service mgr) took really good care of my car & me. I have been with them for along time & certainly will not stray again. I highly recommend Autonation Ford & their most Awesome staff for your auto services. They obviously have great mechanics that know how to do an excellent job, as well. Thank you all for a job well done! My car runs brand new again💝 More
I went in for tire rotation and oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour….that was awesome! Thank you Lori Adair for making this happen! After replacing the battery in my Mustang, James (Service Rep) told me to bring the car in and he would have someone check it out. I dropped the car off on 10/31/22; however, James called me and said he wou Rep) told me to bring the car in and he would have someone check it out. Well 3-5 days turned into three weeks and then on 11/14/22 the tech called me and said he couldn't check the car out because of having an aftermarket radio and that I would need to take back to installer and have the factory radio reinstalled. I picked the car up on 11/16/22 and will take to installer on 11/18/22. When I called to check on the key fob for pick up, I was told it would cost me $184; however, Lori noticed that nothing had been done and corrected this issue. More
Took my escape in for warranty work and took 3 months to get it back. They didn't elevate the issue until over a month in and when I did get it back the check engine light was now on. get it back.
