The dealership is clean. However, the associates are not always the nicest people you will meet. When I walked in a lady greeted me and asked what I was there for. She said let me find you a service technician. She asked three people, who did not have anyone with them if they could help me and they all said they were busy. Finally, when I said I'll just go somewhere else, a nice gentleman said he could help me. I was then told that it would be at least an hour and a half for my oil change even though I had a 9:30 appointment. I had other things scheduled and was not aware that this could take so long. More
