Anytime I scheduled service I bring my truck in the day of service and am told I’ll have to leave it for at least 5 days because they are too busy and need to work it in. This has happened 3 times. What is the point of making an appointment for a specific day when you’ll be told to drop your vehicle off and leave it for several days. Once I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 2 weeks just to get a diagnosis. I drive a vehicle that’s still under warranty and it seems like Autonation does everything it can to avoid fixing warranty related issues. Also be expecting 4-6 week lead times just to get an appointment for service only to be told you’ll need to drop your vehicle off for several days because they are too busy. Again this has happened to me 3 separate times. More

I was shopping for a used F150 and found a listing at Auto Nation Ford Panama City with no photographs. I contacted sales, Ludwick Everhart. He took pictures on his cell and texted them to me. We basically got the deal done over the phone and I drove over 2 hours and purchased the vehicle. Fair price and good customer service. It took a week for them to get back to me and I was told they couldn’t find a problem. Then, three days later they called again to say they had determined the problem and would fix it. My question is: why make an appointment if the diagnosis cannot be started on that day? More
