Just picked up a 2024 Mach E and I can’t say enough about how good the customer service was. Started with the Salesman Sam who went above and beyond to walk me and my wife through all the features the car of how good the customer service was. Started with the Salesman Sam who went above and beyond to walk me and my wife through all the features the car offered seeing how it was an all electric car. Next we spoke with Brad about a vehicle we were trading in and he was able to give a very fair offer on trade in compared to the surrounding dealers. Lastly, we worked with Ty the finance guy who was able to get us a great rate and warranty. From start to finish it was top level service. On top of all of it they were able to get me a very nice rebate on the car we got. Thanks again Fellas! More

I was excited to pickup my Lightning after being at the dealership for almost 6 hours, so much so that I forgot a couple of items in my trade. I picked up the truck on Saturday afternoon and was back in t dealership for almost 6 hours, so much so that I forgot a couple of items in my trade. I picked up the truck on Saturday afternoon and was back in the dealership on Monday morning letting them know I had left the items. I know that this is my responsibility but I would think an honest dealership would have pulled these items and got them to me. It's been three weeks and I still don't have copies of paperwork! More
