I’ve had good and bad experiences with this dealership and have several vehicles purchased from them because of the brand and the 3 star is thanks to the great sales reps of this location! Seems like every time our vehicles are serviced by this location something gets messed up… I fought for 8 months of calling and trying to get something that was unplugged or what ever they did to mess up every external sensor on my $80,000 pickup fixed and yet the only response I could ever get was “we may be able to get it back into the shop in 4-6 months! I finally gave up on trying to get it repaired 2 years ago and decided I would never use the shop at this location for ANY service! The previous vehicle they destroyed at the shop they stated over and over that they don’t cover “after market skirting” when the entire car was stock from the factory… this repair process took almost an entire year to get taken care of where they had the vehicle in their possession for the majority of the time and they did nothing in regards of compensation on this… More
