I was excited to pickup my Lightning after being at the dealership for almost 6 hours, so much so that I forgot a couple of items in my trade. I picked up the truck on Saturday afternoon and was back in t dealership for almost 6 hours, so much so that I forgot a couple of items in my trade. I know that this is my responsibility but I would think an honest dealership would have pulled these items and got them to me. It's been three weeks and I still don't have copies of paperwork! More
