All the requested work was accomplished as best I can tell except the DEF. It was supposed to be topped off but it only had a 3/4 full tank. I knew my brakes were bad and they said the pads were at 1 mm. tell except the DEF. It was supposed to be topped off but it only had a 3/4 full tank. I knew my brakes were bad and they said the pads were at 1 mm. They wanted $1100 to replace all of them, including 4 rotors. Of course I said no and then went to part store, bought OEM pads for $130, replaced them myself. When changing them, the front pads were 1 mm but the back were a little over 3 mm. They could go for several more months. Also found only the front rotors needed changed. The rear rotors were fine. If Ford had just told me specifically what they were at, only the front would have needed changed. It would have been half the cost. I replaced the rear pads even though they didn’t need it yet because I already bought them. For once, I would like to have a dealership I can trust. Stop trying to sell me parts I don’t need. I would have paid the $500 or so to replace the front brakes / rotors but I can’t trust the dealership to give me an honest assessment of what I need. It’s sad. More
I made reservations to have the oil changed in my 2020 F150 at 8:30 am on 9 August 2023. Thinking an oil change would take perhaps 30 minutes I was prepared to wait until it was done. When I asked the F150 at 8:30 am on 9 August 2023. Thinking an oil change would take perhaps 30 minutes I was prepared to wait until it was done. When I asked the service rep how long it would take he told me it would take an hour and a half. I couldn't wait that long so I got a ride and left my truck. Five and a half hours later I still had heard nothing from the service department. I called and asked if my truck was done and was told it was just going on the rack. I told the service rep to take it off the rack and I would come get it. When I arrived I found my truck was off the rack and waiting for me. That's the only thing Auto Nation did correctly for me. I did check the oil in case they had started to drain it and didn't replace the oil. The oil level was as I had left it. I doubt the truck was ever near the oil rack. Another thing that bothers me is there is an open recall on windshield wiper replacement. Ford has never reached out to me regarding the issue. I learned about it from CarFax. So, bad service and no communication has caused me to lose all confidence in the Auto Nation Ford in Panama City, FL. I won't be back. More
Poor service, never respond to repeated calls or messages, kept car for over 2 weeks (with no loaner or reimbursement) for a simple oil change and to fix faulty trunk. When we finally got the car ba messages, kept car for over 2 weeks (with no loaner or reimbursement) for a simple oil change and to fix faulty trunk. When we finally got the car back, it was stained inside, trunk still not fixed, and now a new problem with the brakes. Service agents have yet to answer repeated calls to address these issues. Very poor customer service!! More
Lack of customer service. Poor scheduling which requires multiple visits. Simple process changes could make this way more efficient. Witnessed the same issues with others stan Poor scheduling which requires multiple visits. Simple process changes could make this way more efficient. Witnessed the same issues with others standing in line. I thought this was not going to happened to me and of course it did. Now I am another two weeks out to have a piece of plastic pit in my seatbelt. Which could have easily been ordered prior to me arriving as this was a factory recall and was the reason for coming in. Same thing happened to another person that brought in his truck for a transmission repair and the guy that works on transmissions was not there. I have been here a few times and never a good experience. Now I will just drive over an hour to go to another dealer just to not have to go to this place. More
