We have given the Ford Dealership of Maroone in Miami a high rating due to the outstanding employees we have dealt with. They aim to please! We had ordered after market parts and Dan Saraiva, accessories Manager kept on it until we were satusfied. Ronald Vasconcelos sold us our new Fiesta and without his help we might have bought a model that we would not be happy with down the road. Further he made sure and followed up on all of our questions. He even went so far as to make sure we were invited to learn about SYNC in an individualized tutorial session. Overall FORD is the best and these two employees of Maroone Ford of Miami. More

I believe that everyone that my wife and I dealt with in order to get us our vehicle were professional. They did a great job in making us feel comfortable and helping us achieve the price we needed to get order to get us our vehicle were professional. I did the same thing, went online and talked to an online sales representative. I asked if the dealership provided any discounts for Government employees (State of Florida). He stated that they would knock sales representative. I asked if the dealership provided any discounts for Government employees (State of Florida). He stated that they would knock off $5,000 off the ticket price. I went to the dealership and that is where the truth came out. They gave me $800 deal off the vehicle and wanted to give me $3000 for my 2004 Ford Focus. Blue Book value was $8000. The vehicle was in perfect condition. More

It looked like they just printed it.<br><br>I asked about the 16k offer and he said, only if you qualify!! I said what? I am paying cash. The written selling price should be the same for everyone. This is illgeal buisness practice.<br><br>Then, another sales guy said he was too busy to help me and walked away, he refused to get someone to help.<br><br>I asked for a test drive, and they said NO, there are too many cars blocking this one.<br><br>I had no time for this mess , and left.<br><br>Dan Marino, dont pimp Maroone anymore!
