Hi, I have been trying to get a hold of Andy at Service, I texted him twice and called, spoke to Andrew on Thursday and confirmed he was there, and he would have Andy call me. I have nothing bad to say about Andy, he has done is best, however, my Ford Mustang that I bought from AutoNation 6 weeks ago has been twice in service for a total of 5 to six weeks, with multiple work done to the transmission and I am having the same issues all over again! I texted Andy on Tuesday at 10:54 AM and Thursday at 10:43 AM with all the issues I am having. I would like to have the Service Manager call me at 561-427-8047 so we can have this issue resolved. The vehicle has been in two times for the same issue, and this will be the third time. These are the problems: 1. Last week I was passing a vehicle and when the vehicle was going to up shift, it was not engaging the gear, I started to lose speed (on the Turnpike) I gave gas multiple times and after 15-20 seconds the gear engaged, very dangerous situation, it has happened once before while it was raining as well on the 95. 2. When the vehicle down shifts on certain gears it goes in very hard and gives a clunk sound when doing so. 3. When putting in in reverse the gear goes in aggressively and also gives a clunk sound 4. Vibration is back, just like it was the first time the vehicle was sent in. 5. The vehicle is not shifting smoothly, is started that way, it has progressively worse. I drive everyday about 110 miles, from Wellington, Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale, 95% highway driving, and the vehicle struggles, especially with the transmission temperature increases the gearbox works poorly Please, have either Andy or the service Manager call me so we can resolve the above-mentioned problem. Had a problem with my Mach-e that another dealership couldn't fix with 4 weeks of trying. Took it to AutoNation and they fixed it in a day. What a difference having knowledgeable people working on your couldn't fix with 4 weeks of trying. Took it to AutoNation and they fixed it in a day. I didn't buy the car there, but will the next time. More
I was helped by Maikel and he was excellent! Super helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice when you meet people who seem to enjoy what they do- it makes the whole experience a lot better. I used to go to the pines ford but after the care I’ve received at this location the past few visits, I will never go anywhere else. 10/10! More
