I experienced an abnormally long wait time during this visit. I was told it would be two hours and it became four and a half hours. Moreover, they broke the glove box and never said a word! I opened the g visit. I was told it would be two hours and it became four and a half hours. Moreover, they broke the glove box and never said a word! I opened the glove box before leaving the service center. The glove box dropped to the floor of the car--and all of the contents spilled out. I then had to wait an additional 45mins while they repaired the damage. More
