My MKC was involved in an accident in Ohio and I had to transport her to Miami since I had accepted a new position at a local University. Most of the work was done, but there was still a grinding that coul transport her to Miami since I had accepted a new position at a local University. Most of the work was done, but there was still a grinding that could not be explained. Although I was dealing with a reputable insurance company, I needed a local repair agency. Everyone recommended AutoNation and I know why. Manny in service, the receptionists, and the other techs treated both me and my vehicle with the utmost care and patience. Manny was a professional in how he researched and discovered and repaired the issue! I cannot thank AutoNation for hiring people of excellence and patience. I must have called a thousand times since July, but each time my call was handled with patience and kindness. No one else will ever service my vehicle. I'm an AutoNation customer for certain!
