The sales associate wasn’t great or helpful with all the delays for the delivery of my new vehicle, the registration and the paperwork were sent to a wrong address. After the fact they told me I had to get delays for the delivery of my new vehicle, the registration and the paperwork were sent to a wrong address. After the fact they told me I had to get a rental they wouldn’t let me keep my own truck for trade in. The fake gift from the general manager of the floor mats that was included anyway. The window sticker that I’m still waiting for to check if I got what I asked for. No tutorial on the new explorer Timberline that lack of technology with the technology package. I will definitely not go back for service or sale. I didn’t felt valued, I like the brand but not this dealership. (oil change takes 3 hours with an appointment by the way) More
