Hands down the best service I have ever recieved and quickest too.. I was out of there 30 min after arrival I was greeted by the manager Randal and taken care of by me.hugo who made sure my parts were a quickest too.. The sales associate wasn’t great or helpful with all the delays for the delivery of my new vehicle, the registration and the paperwork were sent to a wrong address. The window sticker that I’m still waiting for to check if I got what I asked for. No tutorial on the new explorer Timberline that lack of technology with the technology package. I will definitely not go back for service or sale. I didn’t felt valued, I like the brand but not this dealership. (oil change takes 3 hours with an appointment by the way) More
