PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DON'T SAY THAT YOU HAD NOT BEEN WARNED. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima on 09/19/22 that started giving me issues from the very 1st day. I contacted them that same day. Xavier BEEN WARNED. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima on 09/19/22 that started giving me issues from the very 1st day. I contacted them that same day. Xavier stated he would speak to a manager. After realizing he was giving me excuses, I drove there to speak with someone on 09/26/22. A manager by the name of Julio informed me they would not exchange it my only choice is to let them fix the problems. Two weeks later after I picked up the car, it was still overheating, and it started making a sizzling sound every time I turn off the engine. The alignment is so bad that even when driving with both hands you feel the steering wheel pulling to one side. I contacted General Manager Sergio hoping that the outcome would be better than before. Turns out the only thing that matters to is money, not my safety. I begged Sergio to replace the ca, because I fear for my life he refused. Same as Julio, Sergio made it clear my only choice was to drop off the car. The car was dropped off on 11/10/22 they kept it for 51 days. After the car was picked up 7 weeks later it was clear as day the car was still unsafe to drive. Due to safety issues that they claimed were "FIXED" such as alignment, stiff steering wheel, and the smell of smoke, I had to take the car back to the Service Center on 01/07/23. Take it back on 01/07/23 because the car does not have an alignment and the steering wheel is stiff causing pain in my wrist. The car is still in their possession. More
Attentive and courteous. Was able to secure an appointment quickly and when I arrived, I was taken care of by the service department. The reason I am using AutoNation Ford of Miami is because the previous dealership I used for servicing my Ford vehicles left a lot to be desired in the responsiveness to the customer. More
