Made a appointment for a recall was greeted at service lane book in and sent to the waiting. At my appointment time I was called by my service writer Jaun Masa he took from there. This dealership lied to me about the cat I bought stating there was nothing wrong with the car. I called and emailed sale and finance staff about a temporary registration, they did not respond. They sent the there was nothing wrong with the car. I called and emailed sale and finance staff about a temporary registration, they did not respond. They sent the car (a Lexus car) to a window tint company to adjust the passenger window that was off track (I fixed the problem at West Kendall Lexus $1800.) I already spent over $5000 to fix all the problems the dealership said the car did not have. The cashier is the only professional at this place. Drew the finance guy did not want me to read the contract, just telling me to initial and sign where highlighted. I guess I look like a black dummy buying a Lexus antique. More

They had my car for about 5 months . The issue was the transmission control module. Chris job for the past 5 months has been as simple as telling me " The part has not arrived, part is The issue was the transmission control module. I wish and I honestly wish they would have told me 5 months ago " Hey we can't fix it" and I would have gone somewhere else..by the time they actually get the piece which I doubt they ever will, My car wont even start. disgraceful company. I ended up picking up my car after 5 months with no work done and completely gave up on them. Funny they sent me a link to review them lol. More
