I started using this service department in 2010. My service advisor had always been Dan Cobern. After he retired I started going elsewhere, mainly because it was a 35 mile drive to the dealership My service advisor had always been Dan Cobern. After several unpleasant experiences at other Ford service departments, I came back "home". I used to write service myself and these guys treat me like I tried to treat my customers...with respect. No unnecessary games. No trying to "upsell" you. Just good old fashion service and straight talk. Its good to be back. More

The sales part of buying my Hummer was great. It would rate a 4 or 5 stars. I understand there are supply chain issues with getting parts. My vehicle was at Autonation Orange Park for 5 weeks waiting for an intake manifold (aftermarket part) this was the second time in less than a parts.
