I ordered my F450 platinum 14 months ago . I receive text messages throughout the year, giving me the status . After receiving a couple of extensions, I was disappointed so I purchased a F4 50 I receive text messages throughout the year, giving me the status . After receiving a couple of extensions, I was disappointed so I purchased a F4 50 lariat at another dealership, Bozard Ford . The salesman there told me that I could trade that vehicle in and receive $85,000 offer for that truck I financed with Ford at 5.4% interest. When I went to AutoNation Ford to trade that one in it took two hours for them to give me an appraisal for vehicle 65 days old with less than 1200 miles on it. When the salesman came back and told me they were going to charge me 9% interest because it was a commercial vehicle. I asked him why should I trade in this lariat which is just a little bit lesser than a platinum I agreed at a higher rate of interest because I’ve been waiting on this truck for 14 months. I was very disappointed in the salesman the sales staff prepping my truck. I left there and had to get fuel to make it home. They did not even give me any fuel to make it home. Needless to say it was dirty from the delivery service. Not even prepped. I am very disappointed in Auto Nation Ford. I will never buy another vehicle there again. This is my fourth vehicle I bought from this dealership and my last. More

Brought my 2014 F-150 intoAutonations Ford of Orange Park, as I heard a strange noise coming from what sounded like a trans mission getting ready to stop working. It turned out to be the Water pump. The water pump was replaced and I also had the transmission serviced. I took my truck home and smelled a faint smell of Antifreeze. I brought my truck back to the dealer. The dealership tech was not able to see a leak. I took my. I drove my truck around for a bit & kept smelling a faint odor of antifreeze.. after driving my truck around a day or so, I looked under the truck as I was still smelling antifreeze a faint Oder of antifreeze.. I was correct in smelling antifreeze, it was a leak at a water line, I took a picture of the leak area. I took the truck in and shouted the picture of the leaking water line. It was a cross coolant line. Autonations of Orange Park ordered the part and it was a couple of days away. The dealership told me of the part not being in stock. The dealership offer a ride home and stated they didn’t have a loaner. Not a problem, I had my wife pick me up. Theme part came in & it was installed. The dealer called me to let me know the repairs were made & the truck was ready. We got to the dealership & there wasn’t a charge for the repairs that were ready. I was very happy the truck was repaired at no charge. More

Well I dont do these reviews very often ,but I will say my overall experience was good. The salespersons ( 2 different people ) were great and made my buying experience painless and comfortable. The vehicle has been great and my wife loves here new vehicle! The only issue was the person that handled our paperwork. She got upset and very rude after I declined the extended warranty offers. I never buy into these warranties and just said no thank you. The person got very defensive and Im sure they get a bonus or kickback on these extended warranties. Then the person doing our financing never asked if we wanted to take advantage of the no payments for 90 days with our local credit union? I would say maybe the people that handle the paperwork and financing need to be more informative and ask more questions and less concern on the extended warranty programs! More

Your service advisors are great - Ranae & Ashley were a pleasure to work with and more importantly on top of things. They were able to get me in for analysis of my problem when the other dealerships servi pleasure to work with and more importantly on top of things.
