The staff in the service department was cordial and told me what to expect and how long it would take. I will say I arrived 30 min early because of a schedule conflict and I heard a male say, why don't you me what to expect and how long it would take. The dealership service department was beyond helpful, polite, and provided an outstanding service. They had the parts the other dealership did not have, they made the appointment the other dealership tol polite, and provided an outstanding service.
