After I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Ford orange park 2 months ago, they refused to produce the payoff check. My old loan is 20 days past due. Jessica Henry was super helpful, keeping me informed of what was happening with my car with phone calls. I was very appreciative of 3 employees today. Heather welcomed to the new Lincoln building, gave me a mini tour and made me feel appreciated as she completed my paper work. Also, Katie, the recep Heather welcomed to the new Lincoln building, gave me a mini tour and made me feel appreciated as she completed my paper work. Also, Katie, the receptionist in the Lincoln building came over a couple of times while II waited for my MKC to be fixed asking me if I needed anything and she loaned me her phone charger when my came near to dying as I'd left the cable in my car. Finally Matt oversaw my leaving with a cheerful and friendly aplomb that, to me, typifies why I've been coming to this dealership for nearly 20 years. About the new building - it offer a comfortable, bright, un-stressful atmosphere that made the hours of my wait go by rather quickly. (I should stress that the wait was my choice as I can knit/read anywhere and many of my friends were busy. One suggestion I would make is the addition of a couple of higher tables or desks for those of who might want to work while we're waiting. Overall, a pleasing experience. More
I had the best experience at AutoNation. Jack was incredibly pleasant to work with and made the process seamless. I didn't make things easy because of the time crunch I was in but he and Nat Jack was incredibly pleasant to work with and made the process seamless. After I purchased the vehicle I had some issues activating it in the FordPass app and both Jack and Cassandra in Service spent some time with me to make sure I got it activated. I highly recommend these folks and will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle there as well. More

Cane from out of town to purchase a vehicle. They were pretty slow during the process. I was rushed to look at the vehicle so they could "finish cleaning it." The car wash supposedly broke the passenger side mirror motor, 2 months later it is still broken. Have had lots of back and forth about it. They sent me the wrong part. We had to put a deposit for them to hold it til we could come into town to look at it. They over charged our credit card. They did get that resolved, however it took several weeks. More
