After I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Ford orange park 2 months ago, they refused to produce the payoff check. My old loan is 20 days past due. I was very appreciative of 3 employees today. Heather welcomed to the new Lincoln building, gave me a mini tour and made me feel appreciated as she completed my paper work. Also, Katie, the receptionist in the Lincoln building came over a couple of times while II waited for my MKC to be fixed asking me if I needed anything and she loaned me her phone charger when my came near to dying as I'd left the cable in my car. Finally Matt oversaw my leaving with a cheerful and friendly aplomb that, to me, typifies why I've been coming to this dealership for nearly 20 years. About the new building - it offer a comfortable, bright, un-stressful atmosphere that made the hours of my wait go by rather quickly. (I should stress that the wait was my choice as I can knit/read anywhere and many of my friends were busy. One suggestion I would make is the addition of a couple of higher tables or desks for those of who might want to work while we're waiting. Overall, a pleasing experience. More

Cane from out of town to purchase a vehicle. They were pretty slow during the process. I was rushed to look at the vehicle so they could "finish cleaning it." We had to put a deposit for them to hold it til we could come into town to look at it. They over charged our credit card. They did get that resolved, however it took several weeks. More
