Went in to purchase a new 2013 Mustang GT. I did all my research and was already approved for financing before I went. I was greeted by Jim. My husband and I test drove a Ford Expedition, were very interested in the vehicle, and the customer service we received, or rather did not receive, was horrible. We never heard back from him, so we called to let him know we were interested in purchasing the car, and were told by him that he had been told by his superiors he was not allowed to call us back because there was a discrepancy in the price of the vehicle.
