Refuses to cancel service contract I spoke with one of the finance managers weeks ago in regards to canceling my wife's service contract. I've called back dozens of times now and keep g I spoke with one of the finance managers weeks ago in regards to canceling my wife's service contract. I've called back dozens of times now and keep getting voicemail for everyone including the General Manager. I called The Warranty Group who actually backs the service contracts and they canceled it the same day after sending them the information they needed. I've since called multiple times to make sure the dealership does their part to finalize it and keep getting voicemail again. Someone needs to contact me asap before this escalates further, just about every manager has my phone number now. More

Great Experience We were looking at an F-150 Ford. We had visited another dealer, Bozard Ford, and got a complete run around. We chose one truck and they tried to wr We were looking at an F-150 Ford. We chose one truck and they tried to write up another truck which was thousands of dollars more and did not have the options we needed. We tried to work it out with the Manager and he would communicate only by email sending us a welcome email to our complaints. We went to Auto Nation Orange Park, Jim, their salesman, found us the a nicer truck than we were looking for with the exact options which were important to us. The manager came over, offered us a fantastic deal which was significantly less than at Bozard. We forgot to add running boards so they offered to sell them to us at their cost, and installed them before we left the dealership. WE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO NATION ORANGE PARK!!! We will definitely be back to buy another car! More
