I had received a email from Mrs Roberta Hall on wanting to know if we were still in purchasing a Explorer, I had sent her a email back that we would be if we could come in to the store and have the Explorer we wanted and only deal with one person for and that it could not be anyone in the past. Mrs Hall called and said that she would work with us on a one to one bases, so we sit up a time for me to come in and see the Explorer that was the color we wanted and 95% of what we wanted. The whole process was completely painless and we feel that we got a excellent deal on the 2017 Explorer, Limited. We have no problem in letting others know that we had a very fast in and out service.
