What was more impressive was that our salesman, Malcolm Daigle, regardless of the time of day, took plenty of time out to explain every detail of our new purchase. We very much appreciate it that education since most vehicles in this day and age are much more complex than in years gone by. Great Customer Service! I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Malcolm Daigle via online search. I worked with he and John Kanicki throughout the deal and in 2 days had my vehicl I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Malcolm Daigle via online search. I worked with he and John Kanicki throughout the deal and in 2 days had my vehicle delivered to my local dealership in Mobile, Alabama. Their driver (Walt, gotta love him) brought my vehicle and the paperwork to Auto Nation Ford Mobile and Rick handled the paperwork for us. When John found out one of the keys had not been programmed he told me to have the service department in Mobile program it and he would reimburse me. Turns out that Rick in Mobile said not to worry he would have them bill Jacksonville dealership for it so no extra money out of my pocket. Now that's great customer service on both ends! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle with Auto Nation, but it won't be my last! This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've every made. More
