The sales experience was extremely smooth and spared me the games you expect when you go car shopping. Dave is wonderfully genuine, responsive, and treats you like family. Before I arrived at the dealership, we already had a vehicle in mind and pricing was quoted accurately, so all I had to do was come to the store, test drive the vehicle, and sign on the dotted line. I came in after work on a Saturday evening and rather than wait around with a sleepy child, I opted to take delivery the following Monday and Dave was very helpful in showing me how the truck worked, getting the FordPass app set up, and getting the tag moved over. I also came back and paid a visit to Parts and picked up a set of running boards, and they were in stock and ready to go.
