Mr. Daryl Campbell reached out to me when I submitted on KBB, he was so helpful in the week leading up to me being able to come in, stayed in contact, sent videos of the car I was interested in, and sent nu KBB, he was so helpful in the week leading up to me being able to come in, stayed in contact, sent videos of the car I was interested in, and sent numbers for me to review. He was very nice and not at all pushy. He was with another customer when we arrived so we worked with Mr. Robert Haines who was also wonderful and helpful. There was no back and forth or haggling when it came to my trade in value or the new car, the process was the easiest and most pleasant I have ever had. The gentleman that did our financing was also great! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy and/or trade in and I will definitely return for my next purchase. More

Will not be bringing my truck back here again for repairs or services. When I first showed up no one came to greet me. I stood in the office with no one saying a word. The service person I was schedule or services. When I first showed up no one came to greet me. I stood in the office with no one saying a word. The service person I was scheduled to see wasn't even working that day. The service person I got wasn't paying attention to my issues. Couldn't find any of warranty information. I ask that my truck not be parked outside since my sunroof was leaking. I came back multiple times and it was parked outside with rain coming. I've had my truck there now three times for the same issues and they are still charging me for their bad work. They should have reached out to Ford for these known issues but that didn't happen either. My truck now has a musty smell and it was wet when iv picked it up. They didn't even clean it. I will never take another vehicle here again. More

We all have been extremely pleased with the Sales AutoNation Ford Lincoln, Orange Park. Our Son also purchased a 2 year old Vehicle from this Dealer. We all have been extremely pleased with the Sales & Service Team. AutoNation Ford has consistently also come in with the best financial deals for us!! Even though I do appreciate all of the financial incentives, rebates, etc, I never give max ratings on price for surveys as matter of principle. All vehicles cost way too much these days. :) More
