Craig Call was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about the Ford Fusion and very bright. Followed up after the sale the next day with a phone call. Tom Greene has followed up with me after the purchase of my vehicle and made sure that all is still okay with the vehicle and has reassured me that he would be there if I every need him. I will come baack and buy another vehicle from Tom Greene in the future and i have mentioned him name to allot of my other friends. I wish there were more pleasant, outgoing, friendly people in the world today with just a wonderful personalility. More

I came in to get new running boards put on my 2010 Explorer. I had a small time window of 1 1/2 hrs. As the time got close Tom said we are not going to get done in time let me get you a car to get you Explorer. I had a small time window of 1 1/2 hrs. I came back in 2 hours and my car was done. Tom actually ran to get me a ride to my important event with my family. Tom is to be commended for showing excellence and seeking to make the customer the happiest person in the room. I told Tom when you make a commercial I plan to be in it. Save yourself the hassle and don't even bother with this dealership. I put down $6500 for a new Mustang and was ready to finalize the sale when I went into the room w/the finance and insurance guy, Rob. dealership. I put down $6500 for a new Mustang and was ready to finalize the sale when I went into the room w/the finance and insurance guy, Rob. I told Rob I had spent enough money and didn't want any extended service plans or warranties. He told me he wasn't trying to sell me anything, but all he did was present offers for services that would add more money to my monthly car note. I told Rob I wanted to walk around for a bit, as he was frustrating me. I was approached by my salesman, who did a great job as far as getting the car w/the options I wanted and the price range I was looking for, and he told me he would have Rob removed from the equation and they'd have me deal w/someone else. Out of curiosity, I asked what their return policy was. I was then told I would have three days to bring the car back. I asked to see something in writing, but they couldn't find anything on hand to show me. At this point, I was introduced to Dwayne Clark, who's title was used car manager. I told Dwayne that I was upset Rob kept trying to upsell me when I had made it perfectly clear I didn't want to spend any more money and he had even told me his job wasn't to sell me anything. Dwayne then told it was Rob's job to sell me more stuff. I then told them I would still like to see something in writing about the 72 hr grace period I was told about. Dwayne then went onto explain that taking a new car back requires a lot of paper work that he'd rather not do. I asked him if he was willing to do what it took to make the sale, and he pretty much told me they didn't want my business. I ended up taking the keys off my keychain and getting a refund for my $6500 down payment. The sad thing is, they could have done any one of three things to close the sale; they could have put their return policy in writing, put me back in the car for a test drive, or give me another 24 hrs to sleep on it. Oh well, I'm sure some other dealership will be more than happy to accept my business. More

Beware of LEMONS!!...you will spend more than you bargained for and I quote "the florida lemon law DOESN'T apply to you in this dealer". I DO NOT recommend this dealer.
