I had a great experience with AutoNation Ford Jacksonville! I had previously stopped at another dealership where I felt pressured to buy a vehicle I didn’t really want and spend more money than I had planned. After sitting there for about 15 minutes waiting to sign paperwork and not getting any help or assistance, I decided to leave. That’s when I found AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or buy something I didn’t want. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. After negotiating everything over the phone, I came in to finalize the paperwork and was in and out in less than an hour! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a car-buying experience that was that quick and hassle-free. Great team and great staff! I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford Jacksonville to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable!
