I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVIVE THAT I RECEIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP, MR. BRIAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND LISTENED TO MY NEEDS HELPING ME TO GET THE CAR THAT I NEEDED. I WAS NOT WORRY OR AFRAID DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND, THAT, WAS PRICELESS TO ME!!!.I FELT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND THEY WORKED ME INTO A GREAT INTERES RATE ON MY LOAN AS WELL. Mike Shad's dealerships don't add dealer options that you don't want and then charge high prices for them. Brian Freeman was the sales manager who worked with us. We asked him if he could make connections for us to get a price on a Nissan Frontier. He made that connection for us. We ended up buying the Nissan, but we appreciated Brian's helpfulness. Our experience with Jim Jackson at Mike Shad Nissan was also very good. We appreciated the personnel at both dealerships, and had a very good experience overall. More

Interesting note, my cousin was the Gen Mgr/Vice Pres of the former Kings Crown Ford Dealership at this particular location. I have done business with them for over 20 years. As a result, I felt a connection to the current establishment. I paid a little more than what I wanted to, but, that's how it goes sometimes. The biggest compliment I can give you is this---COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER!
