I was recently shopping for a new truck and picked Mike Shad at the Avenues simply because of its proximity to my house. I ended up not buying from them, but it was more because I was very specific with the type of truck I wanted and they couldn't get it, not because of the service. I didn't time it, but can say with confidence that it was the shortest turnaround time at a dealership for any car I have bought in the last 20 years.
