I was recently shopping for a new truck and picked Mike Shad at the Avenues simply because of its proximity to my house. I told him what I wanted and he did not waste my time showing me a bunch of BS I didn't want. He searched several different dealers across the state to try to find a truck for me. I ended up not buying from them, but it was more because I was very specific with the type of truck I wanted and they couldn't get it, not because of the service. He was very personable, attentive, straight forward, a pleasure to deal with, and (most importantly to me) he did what he said he was going to do every time. He knew we were on a time crunch and had the vehicle running and waiting before we got out of our car, and had all the necessary paperwork prepared in advance of our arrival. I didn't time it, but can say with confidence that it was the shortest turnaround time at a dealership for any car I have bought in the last 20 years.
