I searched for a preowned car for several months until I found the vehicle I liked at the AutoNation Ford Jacksonville location. Kyle -the E-Manager- was very professional, informed me of the process, and found the vehicle I liked at the AutoNation Ford Jacksonville location. Kyle -the E-Manager- was very professional, informed me of the process, and worked hard for my business. I think that the only thing they could do better, in my opinion, is to streamline the financing. It is painful to wait and wait for the finance person to get back to you to provide the actual numbers of everything. Overall, I think they did a great job! I am happy with my car! More
