But despite the boxes and crowded office, they made us comfortable, got us the truck we wanted and a worked very hard to come up with a deal that worked for us! We will buy from them again. More

The Best Car Dealership I've dealt with a lot of car dealers over my 45 years of owning numerous cars and overall hate car dealers. But I must say that buying a used car from I've dealt with a lot of car dealers over my 45 years of owning numerous cars and overall hate car dealers. But I must say that buying a used car from Autonation Ford in Jacksonville was the most pleasant experience ever. No pressure, met me on the price I wanted to pay, excellent financing, threw in some free service perks, and were quick to resolve an issue after the sale. Overall the nicest group of people anyone could ask for when buying a car. More
Don't trust AutoNation Ford Jacksonville Don't deal with Autonation Ford Jacksonville. They are dishonest and bunch of bullies. We bought a 2009 BMW X5 from them on 8-22-2015 for $20,500. Bef Don't deal with Autonation Ford Jacksonville. They are dishonest and bunch of bullies. We bought a 2009 BMW X5 from them on 8-22-2015 for $20,500. Before it was even driven off the lot, we discovered that the windshield washer didn't work. Supposedly their service department "thoroughly checked" the car and all things should be "working fine". That was just the beginning of the nightmare. We had one problem after another and more than half of the 60-days when the car was under warranty, it sat in a garage either being repaired by the AutoNation ford service team or by the BMW service department. A problem discovered during the warranty was never fixed (the engine malfunction light lit up on the dashboard which we paid $780 out of pocket for parts and labor even though it was under warranty) and now the car is 7 days outside of the warranty and the "engine malfunction" light came back on one week after it was “fixed”. The dealer refused to extend the warranty and gave us three offers: (1) they buy the car back at thousands of dollars less than the price we paid; (2) we can trade in the car at a value that's thousands of dollars less than the purchase price; or (3) they will "take a look" at what's wrong with the car or "advocate on our behave" to BMW service department but refused to still treat it as under warranty. It was clear that any option we take, it will be thousands of dollars loss for us for 70-days of nightmare and for a car that was clearly a piece of junk. We talked to dealership employees from lowest to the highest level (Jim Lampke the general manager) and no one is willing to see this issue from the point of a suffering and frustrated costumer. When I said, "we just want to resolve this issue without legal actions", Jim Lampke said "if you want to take this to legal and I wash my hands and I will let the lawyers handle this. Florida is a buyers-be-aware state", and “"we have 27 lawyers". 27 lawyers? Really?! It’s more likely that AutoNation has retainers on a law firm which employs 27 lawyers, which is not the same as “AutoNation has 27 lawyers”. This is just another piece of lie and bull-xxxx told by AutoNation in exactly the same style that we’ve had to deal with. So BUYERS BE AWARE of AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. Don't trust them and avoid them like plagues. I wish I could give them a negative score. More

Once I did, he disappeared for a while and I found out that he was working with another customer. The truck that I went to look at which was advertised online was wrecked on one side (not shown in pictures) . A sales manager ended up dealing with me but accused me of being cheap so I left and bought a truck somewhere else. More

We had visited many different dealerships and spent a lot of time looking thru autotrader.com/cars.com . We had started to get a little discouraged when we hadn't found many viable options that we both liked. That is when we had stumbled upon Tom Daniels at Autonation Ford. Although we initially didnt see that many used vehicles on location, Tom ended up locating our new 2011 mazda cx7 @ other sister store in Florida. He really found the perfect vehicle for me and my husband! We both love it! The finance guy was also a big help, I dont remember his name. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back for sure when one of us need another vehicle. Thanks Autonation Ford Avenues! GWEN WILSON More

I was referred to Brian Freeman(the GM) who then referred me to Doug, since Brian was not going to be available to help me. We drove all the way from Elkton FL to Jacksonville to meet with Doug. We arrived at 10:30 am and began to discuss what we were looking for. I saw an Odyssey in Clearwater Fl at the AutoNation there and was looking for it be transported to Jax. First, I was told they could do it. Then after going back and forth about pricing for 45 mins, they tell me the warranty was non transferable and it took for ME to ask. That did not make sense to me... aren't they all AutoNation? Anyway, that killed the deal so we went on the lot and looked at some Explorers. We test drove 2 and a Flex. Did not like the Flex and the Limited Explorer was overpriced. So we decided on the 2012 Explorer. After going back and forth with the finance guy Paul for 2 hours (who was the rudest person I have ever met) I finally asked Doug to bring Paul in to me face to face because the whole time we were negotiating, Paul never stepped foot in the office to introduce himself. I sat Paul down with us and told him my terms and that I was ready to put a sizable down payment down but he needed to come down in the price. The price was 29K. My husband and I decided to go eat (at 2:30pm) and he tried the old salesman trick "take the car to lunch." Yeah right. So we took the Torrent and I went on to KBB and cars.com to get the value on the car. That style with mileage came back at a dealer sale value of 23K!!! I called Bozard Ford in St. Augustine and they had the same model with 8K more miles for 23K. I went back to AutoNation to give them one more shot at my business and to share what I found on KBB. The statement made to me was "If you want this car, you will go 72 months (which for a used car is a silly financial decision)." I asked him to come down 5K and he told me to go 72 months again. I refused to go 72 months as I put over 100 miles a day on my car and the value of the car would be worth nothing in a few years, but I would be paying on a 72 month loan.... WE WALKED!!!! I went to Bozard Ford and drove off the lot with my new car that day with no hassle in under 3 hours and wasting 5 hours at Autonation.. Brian Feeman called me 4 days later after I left him several voice mails and messages to call me back. His response to my experience and my result of buying elsewhere "that car you bough must have issues." I have owned the car from Bozard for over a month now and LOVE IT!! NO ISSUES and they put leather in the car without an up charge. THE ISSUES IS WITH AUTONATION FORD!!!! Buyer Beware!!! Do your homework and get the value on the car prior to buying from them... they are in the business to rip the buyer off!!! Unfortunately, I have shared my story with others and they have had similar experiences. Not a good reputation in this area! More
