I have enjoyed this dealership from the service side. I didn’t buy my last two Fords from them, but it doesn’t matter to them. They treat me with respect and do what/when they say they will. Were very professional and as far as I know the work done was outstanding. The future will tell. They were able to schedule me in the needed time frame. was outstanding. The future will tell. They were able to schedule me in the needed time frame. More

Had trust issues before with service centers, especially dealership svc centers, and AutoNation Ford Jacksonville upheld my trust issues; HORRIBLE service - I should have spent my $2,100 elsewhere!!! I came dealership svc centers, and AutoNation Ford Jacksonville upheld my trust issues; HORRIBLE service - I should have spent my $2,100 elsewhere!!! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation service and elected to also have these guys switch out my springs to Ford Performance lowering springs and put on wheel spacers on all four wheels (parts I provided and so I was just paying for labor). I expressed my initial concern with poor quality assurance and technicians not being diligent in their work in my past experience (reason why I started doing my own maintenance on my vehicles, but springs....I just don't have the time or the equipment to handle that) and the service advisor merely remarked that their technicians knew what they were doing but that she "got what I was saying." - not even in a reassuring manner, just almost as if she were trying to be dismissive of my concerns. That hit me the wrong way, but I rolled with it. She began texting me with the labor quotes, then another quote for a higher amount for extra parts like "nuts and bolts" [about $300 extra for nuts and bolts???]. Fast-forwarding to when I picked up my vehicle...my original service advisor wasn't there, so I moved along to the next guy over [by the way every time I walked into their office I wasn't acknowledged ONCE and had to walk up to an advisor's counter to be helped]. The guy reaffirmed the price (which was originally somewhere around $2,300 JUST FOR LABOR) and when I asked him if they offered a military discount; when I did, the guy slowly and almost hesitantly confirmed that they did while looking at me in a weird way almost as if he questioned my affiliation as he asked if I had any ID; honestly it was stated and asked for in a manner that appeared very disrespectful like he was judging me and doubting that I was a 12-year military veteran (not that he would know anything about my length of service). So when I presented my ID to him, he slowly and unenthusiastically thanked me for my service and quoted me the new discounted price while appearing bothered that I was forcing him to rip up the old paperwork and print up new ones with the discount! I got my keys and left the service center when I immediately noticed jerking motions from the rear and unstable wobbling movements from left the right as I was driving down the highway - also heard a loud metal-scraping noise coming from the undercarriage! I turned around and took it back to the service center! I walked into the same guy that I just settled my bill with and, despite my obvious disappointment and concern over the quality issue of my service, this advisor didn't seem concerned at all or as if he even cared! He even allowed another customer who was standing off at a distance to interrupt our interaction to insert her own tidbit concerning her vehicle drop off! What total disregard and lack of empathy towards a customer who JUST PAID ABOUT $2,100 for a service I could have gone someplace else to have done! No appreciation or customer service whatsoever! He just nonchalantly indicated that they wouldn't be able to see to my issue until Monday [it was close to the end of the business day on Friday] - he DID however mention quietly that he was sorry and that he would let his service manager know about the issue before I left, but even this wasn't stated in a reassuring or empathetic manner. Now it's Monday morning at 7 AM and I called the service center to ask to speak with the service center manager because now my anxiety over poor service and lack of quality attention or repairs have skyrocketed over the weekend into World War 4 inside my mind - I freak out over my car a lot! The lady who answered stated that I would have to leave a number and the service manager would call me back within the hour. 2 hours later....no call! I reached back out to the service center who stated that the service manager was extremely busy and had been in and out all day.....I suppose nobody cares for the customer who just spent over $2,000 on an elective service that was ALL LABOR; I almost felt as if these people were passively trying to tell me that they really didn't care for my business, but gladly took my money anyway! So I asked the lady on the phone, then, to kindly find out what was going on with my vehicle since nobody over there appeared to make me or my concerns a priority to even get in touch or follow up with me first thing that Monday morning! She places me on hold, then tells me that the technician adjusted the right rear trailing arm which resolved the issue, and that my car was ready for pick up; wow, I had to REACH OUT TO THEM for this info! I went right away to get my vehicle, and upon entering the service center.....AGAIN.....NO customer acknowledgment.....nothing! Nobody looked up to even apologize for my experience, to reassure me that the issue had been resolved, or to offer any future guarantees or anything on their work! I actually had to walk over to the same guy who settled my bill and he honestly didn't even look up to welcome me back....just appeared and acted as if I were the biggest bother to deal with for him! As if he didn't recognize me, I had to restate why I was there and then he started slowly getting my paperwork and car key together so I could take my car home! I suppose agreeing to pay them about $1,700 to replace my SPRINGS (not even a coil-over system) and $153 JUST to install friggin wheel spacers, all of which were parts that I provided - ALL JUST LABOR COSTS - isn't worth showing some xxxx customer service or appreciation! The ONLY individual who seemed remotely kind to me and offered some customer service was a short-haired, blonde lady who offered a smile and asked if I were being helped...seemed like a new hire, but xxxx they should all take some notes from her! Absolutely poor and horrible service from this service center and VERY SURPRISING since I bought my xxxx 2020 Mustang FROM THIS SAME DEALERSHIP just a few months prior and got a COMPLETELY different service from their sales department! I should have saved my $2,100 and done the work myself - oh and sorry I even asked for a military discount, I suppose asking for what ended up just being $200 off was too much.....I DON'T appreciate the severe lack of empathy, customer service, or concern while happily taking my money and I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE MANNER IN WHICH I WAS LOOKED AT AND ASKED FOR MY ID WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A MILITARY DISCOUNT ON THIS SERVICE!! That is probably my largest complaint! My 12 years in the military was NOT easy, but those were the proudest years of my life because those were times that I sucked it up, made it through with my unit to serve my country and complete our missions, and I DO NOT appreciate someone staring at me as if I were some impersonator while asking for my ID and then, almost as if he were forcing himself to say it, thanking me for my service with absolute insincerity (it seemed this way to me on the receiving end)! THEY DON'T DESERVE A GOOD REVIEW FROM ME AND I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Horrible! Note to the dealership, don't even bothering reaching out to me for commenting on this review - I don't care! Your people are NOT professionals, don't deserve any kind of respect from me, and have completely lost my business! More
I have purchased 17 cars from dealers through the years. I have never, ever had a purchase be this easy and efficient. We were in the dealership, from the time we drove onto the lot until we left, just 2 I have never, ever had a purchase be this easy and efficient. We were in the dealership, from the time we drove onto the lot until we left, just 2 hours. That was test drive, the whole process. Logan was our sales person and a better one will not be fund. I called the dealership at their opening time to see if they still had the car on their website for which they were looking. Logan confirmed it and asked when we would be by to see it. I told him we would be by mid-afternoon. Logan said he would let us know if, during the day, the car became no longer available. Early afternoon, Logan called saying a deal was in process for this car, but another one was available, exactly like the one we wanted, but in a different color. We agreed to check that one out after he texted me the details of the car. Shortly later, Logan called back, saying the deal on the original car fell through. Needless to say, we bought the original car. Logan was friendly, polite, professional, and good at all he did. Buying a car has never been "fun" for me. Logan and AutoNation Ford Jacksonville came the closest to fun I have ever experienced. Buy From AutoNation Ford Jacksonnville. Ask for Logan. More
My 2019 Ford F150 threw four codes while I was in Florida. No parking brake, no cruise control, no collision assist and reduced power. While driving it felt as if I had the 4 wheel drive engaged, ste Florida. No parking brake, no cruise control, no collision assist and reduced power. While driving it felt as if I had the 4 wheel drive engaged, steering was very heavy. We were going home from Coca Beach Florida back to Detroit MI. First thing out of the service advisors mouth was can you leave it? No, I live in Michigan. He then said we have appointments ahead of you, probably be several hours before we can look at it. I said I was from out of state can you help me. He told me no you have to wait your turn. He told me there were 70 vehicles ahead of me and it might be tomorrow before they could get it in. I will complain to Ford Motor when I get home. More
