We dropped my son's car off the night before the scheduled meeting so the dealer had the entire following day to work on it. We made it crystal clear that my son would be heading off to college in S scheduled meeting so the dealer had the entire following day to work on it. We made it crystal clear that my son would be heading off to college in South Florida two days later. We requested 3 items be addressed: 1-Safety recall 2-Safety check 3-AC was blowing hot air. He went to the dealership at 5 pm the next day only to find out they had only completed the Safety Recall. They claimed they could not get the AC to malfunction so we decided to pay for an Evac and Freon refill. My son had to sit for over an hour before the car was ready. On the way home the AC failed again. The following day his low tire pressure light came on. When we checked the pressure every tire was different and none were set as recommended. We were leaving the next day so my son had to drive 4.5 hours in 90+ degree weather to South Florida. Clearly they only fixed the Recall and never properly if at all checked the AC nor did they perform any type of safety check. I cannot recommend this deal to anyone for any type of repair. More

Some dealers wash your car and give you a checklist of what they checked and tire and brake wear remaining. This is not one of them. Service was minimally acceptable. what they checked and tire and brake wear remaining. This is not one of them. Service was minimally acceptable. More
What a pleasurable experience! From the no-pressure experience to the friendly staff, and the fast process of signing the final papers it was just so refreshing. They gave me a better offer for my tra experience to the friendly staff, and the fast process of signing the final papers it was just so refreshing. They gave me a better offer for my trade-in than Carvana/Vroom/KBB. I went to Coggin and Duval and immediately went back to AutoNation just because of the people and the knowledge of the cars and features. I asked extensive questions about the 2021 F150 features and if one person didn’t know they found someone who did and were able to answer all my questions. My salesperson was Milani and she was amazing, also one of the key reasons I came back to AutoNation over Coggin and Duval. Very accommodating to our decision process, answered ALL of our questions, and very communitive via email and phone/text. More
Scheduled appointment for 8/6/21 at noon, when my wife arrived for the appointment, she was denied service, stating "we do not do AC services in the afternoon", the appointment was re-scheduled, but was n arrived for the appointment, she was denied service, stating "we do not do AC services in the afternoon", the appointment was re-scheduled, but was not written down. When I went to confirm on 8/9/21 the 8/10/21 appointment no one could find it. Asked to speak with service manager, neither he or a service advisor was available. I called back on 800 number, got speak with James service manager, I explained the situation from previous encounter. He said he was sorry, the service should not have been cancelled, and that the service department was understaffed on Friday, so that's shy our appointment was cancelled when my wife arrived. On 8/10/21 James did meet my wife at the scheduled time and the AC was fixed. However, it cost us two hours of travel time and many excuses for a failure that could have been avoided. We have bought three vehicles from the dealership, which will be questionable for future purchases. I feel some kind of compensation should be given for our inconveniences. This isn't the first issue. We have had the truck in for routine services, lube, oil, filter, and tire rotations. On two of the three appointments, the technician failed to reset the oil percentage to zero. We like the Ford name, its tradition, but something needs to be done to educate your current employees to the concept of customer satisfaction, after the sale of a vehicle. Have a blessed day. I made an appointment for Aug 9th at 9:15 for a service, recalls to be attended to and an analysis to be performed of a clutch/gearbox issue I had experienced. I documented all of this when I scheduled the recalls to be attended to and an analysis to be performed of a clutch/gearbox issue I had experienced. I documented all of this when I scheduled the appointment. I checked the car in a little earlier than 9:15 and the process was very smooth. On checking the car, Kevin told me that although the tires still had a lot of tread on them, the rubber was actually cracking and that they should be replaced. I was grateful for the advice, and subsequently replaced them. I called in later on the 9th and was told that because of the work required the car would probably not be ready before the next day. I called the next morning and was told that work had not yet started on the car because the transmission specialist was very busy. I called again later and was told the car was ready for collection. I discovered later that the clock was frozen and I resolved this myself. More
Really bad service department. Can’t give you reliable estimate of time to do service. No call to inform me my car was ready to pick up. Double charging for service. Plastic and paper covers used trying n estimate of time to do service. No call to inform me my car was ready to pick up. Double charging for service. Plastic and paper covers used trying not to soil my interior were left in my car for me to clean out. They don’t wash and vacuum now stating COVID-19 reasons, but everyone knows it to save money at the customer’s expense. I’m going back to Garber Ford, a dealer that knows what service means. You lost my business. More
