Synthetic oil change and provided cabin air filter installation requested. Unfortunately, a tire rotation was performed and I was charged for it in addition to the requested services. Oil change and tire rotation completed in good time. Disappointed that I would have had to wait 2-3 hours to have a possible seal leak (wind noise) checked out especially since this was brought to their Disappointed that I would have had to wait 2-3 hours to have a possible seal leak (wind noise) checked out especially since this was brought to their attention when I made my appointment last week. Granted there was no leaking noise on the way to the dealer Tuesday morning and I told them so and we kind of shrugged our shoulders and agreed to wait to see if noise came back which it did on my ride home. The Ford personnel are great and friendly and ready to help. We waited for the car while it was serviced, and was ready in less than an hour, and gave me a military discount which I appreciate. Ford usually tops off my coolant and windshield washer which is a great service, but this time I was charged $2.99 which has me puzzled. I always take my car to Ford, vs a local mechanic, for the trust they have earned. More
