We had a very positive experience at Autonation Ford Jax. We order or Maverick and received it after 7 months. Paid what we agreed on when ordered and got a very good value for our trade. Bought the car at the dealership (Ford car) and the car had a damage (not my fault) and they had me pay over $500. Also I bought the “bumper to bumper” coverage but the service advisor told me she down k had a damage (not my fault) and they had me pay over $500. Also I bought the “bumper to bumper” coverage but the service advisor told me she down know why the sales rep says it’s bumper to bumper because technically is not and they have a lot people with the same issues. Even your employees acknowledge the issue, unbelievable. No apologize, nothing. Tried to call the service manager, left my cel number etc and no call back. Just a horrible experience buying a car in this place. More
