Terrible service department. I scheduled service for a Ford issued recall. The day I drop the car off, they call at the end of the day to say they don’t have the part. Once someone is helping, everything is fine but when someone walks into the service area, someone should acknowledge a customer and say hello in the least (even from the parts counter). Standing around five minutes is too long not to be at least greeted. More
