Service Staff is shorthanded these days. It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done. I had a 60k service and It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done. I had a 60k service and 3 recalls done but back ordered parts for the recall meant they couldn’t complete the service. I just needed to know if I wasn’t going to have my car after day two. No call until I started upping my attitude. Service itself was fine. More

Brought our Focus in for an emergency repair. Ashley, (fresh out of training) took care of us. Called us every step of the way, explained in detail what was happening.
