People were nice and the service waiting room was clean and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. Service Staff is shorthanded these days. It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done. I had a 60k service and It doesn’t mean you won’t get your car back when you get it serviced but it might mean no one will call you when it is done.
