The initial service call I was placed on hold after 10 minutes I elected to have an automatic callback, never happened. I called again after 20 minutes I was able to talk to a rep. When I brought the car minutes I elected to have an automatic callback, never happened. I called again after 20 minutes I was able to talk to a rep. When I brought the car in Susan Gunnell was the Rep I worked with she was excellent, informative and very positive. She should be promoted! More

People were nice and the service waiting room was clean and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. This was not true and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. This was not true as my service was not able to completed because they did not have the parts, and I am still waiting to hear when they can repair the recall on my vehicle. More
