Went in for my first service (oil change) and they kept my vehicle for 24 hours. I was told that a part would need to be ordered to fix an issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. Whe issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. When I got there the repair was not completed and there was no record of the part being ordered. I asked for someone to call me back the next day which also did not happen. Plus my car was covered with dust and dead leaves when they gave it back to me. Definitely a lot dirtier than when I drooped it off. I will not be returning to this dealership. Customer service has really gone downhill. More
