Had a very hard time getting ahold of the service center, and so do the other departments at the dealership. Got my car back the first time I went here with an unbalanced tired… and when I attempted to resch and so do the other departments at the dealership. Got my car back the first time I went here with an unbalanced tired… and when I attempted to reschedule no one would answer their phones. The second time I went I had to hound down my service advisor via other units to get updates on my car since they wouldn’t answer their phones or emails. More

My least favorite thing about car dealerships is when dealers try to upsell you and make it seem like some cars are worthless. Sean asked what exactly we wanted and showed us that, without trying to push us to look at other cars because he knew we were set on something specific. Todd in finance was friendly and explained the signing process clearly and efficiently. Autonation ford, we'll see you again soon! More
