I made an appointment for service arrived a few minutes early. I was told that they would not be able to do the service today. I asked to speak to the manager the service writer went and explained to him w early. I was told that they would not be able to do the service today. I explained to the service writer that I had the Ford Maintenance agreement and wanted everything done according to the agreement. My truck was returned up front with only an oil change. The box was checked the wiper fluid was added after checking it was almost empty. Nothing else was preformed per maintenance agreement. My service writer was the best. He went and got wiper fluid and installed, he checked to see if they even changed the oil filter. He was trying to make up for a sub par service department. This is the second time and last time I will go to auto Nation for anything. I now have to work out with Ford where I can go and have my service done correctly. More

My family is a Ford family- my husband works for Ford Credit and our vehicles are all Ford fleet so we deal exclusively with dealerships for all our service. I can hands down say that AutoNation has give Credit and our vehicles are all Ford fleet so we deal exclusively with dealerships for all our service. I can hands down say that AutoNation has given us the best service in 24 years of having Ford vehicles. My teenage daughter damaged my tire on Friday night at 11pm. The next Morning they got me in and not only replaced that tire but communicated with Ford fleet to replace the others that were due to be replaced. I couldn’t believe they got all of it done that day and quickly. Grateful to have a great Ford dealership with wonderful service in our new hometown. More

Had a very hard time getting ahold of the service center, and so do the other departments at the dealership. Got my car back the first time I went here with an unbalanced tired… and when I attempted to resch and so do the other departments at the dealership. The second time I went I had to hound down my service advisor via other units to get updates on my car since they wouldn’t answer their phones or emails. More
