We took a Lexus hybrid for a test drive, it was good. It was clean on the outside but filthy on the inside. Food splattered from the front to the back. While we were signing papers it was taken to be cleaned. Nothing was done (well, maybe the tires were sprayed) so I sent it back again, I asked the sales man (Doug Hastings) if he saw what I saw. He said yeah but didn’t really seem to care. Got the car back the second time, just as bad. If it wasn’t a really good running car I would have walked away. Took me 3 hours to clean it. The punk with the attitude that “details” the cars should be fired. So, yeah not a fan of this place. To end on a positive note, Noel Garza (finance guy) was super cool, too good for that place.
