There were a few delays due to unexpected repairs on the vehicle, but they kept me updated and insured that I got to be the first one to look at i There were a few delays due to unexpected repairs on the vehicle, but they kept me updated and insured that I got to be the first one to look at it after it was fixed. Jacob, my wife and I met and took it for a test drive, and everything seemed fine and we agreed to buy the truck. Sadly, on the way home, something really catastrophic happened to the engine and I pulled over and parked and called Jacob, who by now was at home. He not only got the tow truck scheduled but went back to the office to ensure that all was ready for the mechanics to look at it first thing the next day. It turns out that this is going to be pretty extensive, but Jacob assured me that they would get it fixed and has kept me abreast of the progress. Also assured me that all the repairs would be covered and nothing out of pocket for me, which is a huge relief. I look forward to getting to drive this truck soon but more importantly I look forward to the next time that I do business with this dealership. The whole team went out of their way! More
