I wasn’t entirely sure I wanted another car yet. They had the right one and I test drove it and wanted it right there. Service itself was fine. But, I was waiting for my car. I came for an oil change (and potentially another fix that would have taken longer). No one came and old me, no updates, not texts, etc. Given the other service would have taken a while, after a few *hours* I went to pester the service guy to see how that was going - only to find out the car was done and just sitting there because they couldn't be bothered to update. When I take my spouse's car to Toyota, I get texts/updates throughout. Ford should really up there came here - the bar is low and it isn't hard to do better (like telling paying customers in your waiting room when their car is done). More
