A Great Deal, Great People, A Wonderful Experience!! Let me first say I am not a fan of buying cars through dealerships. I tend to shop and research on the internet, find out what I want, know how much it should cost, and then go with the dealer that inflicts the least amount of pain in the negotiation process and does not try to oversell. The Good News is that AutoNation Ford of Bellevue has changed my mind about the car buying experience. Tim S. was the salesman that we dealt with and is there internet sales manager and did an outstanding job. But even before that we were treated well. I made an internet inquiry and Jeff got back to me very quickly. He was courteous, honest, and gracious. I told him that that we would like to look at cars the next evening. It was day off, so he turned me over to Tim to facilitate the car visit. The next day, I stopped by the dealership in the afternoon and met Tim. I told him what the person who would buy the car wanted and the importance of a good deal. Even though I was not the buyer, Tim spent a couple of hours listening to me answering my questions, and running various scenarios. When the buyer came back with me in the evening, Tim again endured many questions, and was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all of her questions. It came down to two different cars the buyer wanted but couldn't decide. The management team allowed her to take one home for the evening as long as it was back first thing the next day. The buyer was very happy to hear this. The buyer did so and ultimately decided to go with the other car, but it was out of the buyers price price range a bit. Tim and the management team and AutoNation went to work and helped find obscure incentives that the buyer qualified for and found ways to save more money than thought possible and the deal beat anything on the internet. The AutoNation Team spent a lot of time working on this sale, endured countless questions, and put up with quite alot. Tim and the entire team always displayed honesty, fantastic knowledge about their products, kindness in answering repeated questions, dedication to getting the best deal for the buyer. What a great team!!! Tim you are the best!!! More
Felt very comfortable with the entire process We saw the car we wanted to buy in the auto trader online. Upon arrival at the dealership it was located at we were lucky to be introduced to our sales associate Anna, she was a happy fun positive part of the transaction, she introduced us to the salesperson that brought the car in to give us a history of the car and then the mechanic that did the safety inspection...We took the car for a test drive, alone, no salesperson, and loved the car. When we returned the Sales manager came and introduced himself and shared what he knew of this make, model and what he knew of the history of this car and then he excused himself. We gave our offer to Anna, she brought it to her manager Vaughn who fine tuned it to meet our out the door needs. Simple and Fun The car was spotless, but they still wanted to keep over night for a final spiff up wash and wax... After the sale we received a thank you call from both the manager Vaughn and salesperson Anna followed by an email to assure us they were there for question or concerns operating our new car and letting us know they want to be a part of our future car needs ...they will be...Thanks to all at AutoNation Ford in Bellevue, we felt you were as happy for us as we were with our new sports car! I responded to a survey concerning a recent visit to your Service Department and I made a negative comment about a failed part in the overhead console in my Lincoln Town Car. This was just my frustration with Ford Motor Co. over an issue that occurred in 2005 when I purchased my Lincoln Town Car from Bellevue Lincoln Mercury which was directly across the street from your dealership where I bought the car. No way was this negative comment directed against Bryan, your Service Technician. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Bryan. He has been very professional and respectful in all aspects of my service experiences with your dealership. By the way, my beef with Ford Motor Co. and the Lincoln Mercury Dealership concerns promises made to me at the time I purchased my 2005 Lincoln Town Car. Specifically these promises included a $1,000.00 credit off the sales price once all negotiating was completed. And secondly, I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle but was told if I financed it for two months before paying it off I would receive another $1,000.00 credit. Well, I received neither credit. I wrote a letter to Mr. Darryl Hazel the President of Lincoln Mercury Division and I was told the General Manager at Bellevue Lincoln Mercury wanted to personally talk to me. I went to the Dealership and instead of meeting with the General Manager I was directed to the Used Car Sales Manager. After discussing my issues I was told there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion. As a result of all this, I will never again purchase a Ford branded vehicle. More

Last Saturday my car stalled over 30 times in a 5 mile radius. I immediately took it into this dealership as this has happened before only the last time it was at 60mph on the freeway & there is no way to radius. Although they were crowded Saturday, asked Josh to listen and take a look. He ignored me. As I was going out, the car stalled at least 10 times more. Again ignored. It would have taken 5 minutes for a mechanic to listen and drive 10 feet to see what was going on. Sunday, the stalling stopped. I went in this Monday morning to talk with the service manager. Josh, not the service manager, took about 10 minutes to find him & when the Service Manager came back he had a look of terror on his face. Whatever Josh said to him made him too scared to talk. He just shrugged his shoulders. It looks like Josh is the neighborhood bully. I wonder how many of there former customers won't come back. This will be forwarded to their corporate office. More

Lior Keren is very friendly and well equipped with the knowledge of the vehicle's function and features. He has discussed all trim and feature differences per trim. Also helped us decide that not all special features are actually needed, considering the purpose we wanted for the car, which is definitely true! We are happy with the 2013 Ford Explorer XLT we bought from their dealership. I would recommend to look for Erik Nino too, he is a cool manager and would really help you get a good deal. More
