I had an Explorer that I purchased and had serviced here - always a problem with service. So, next I bought a Lincoln Navigator... but then this Ford dealership bought the Lincoln dealership. Tried their service again and had them charge me for things they didn't fix, seemed to always be adding things on to the price, and had several things they never could fix right. Finally started taking my Lincoln to the Ford dealership down in Kent (about a 30-40 minute drive) so I wouldn't have to deal with this place again. More
I was in contact with this dealership via the dealership website. I provided the exact details of the car I wanted to view and test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was not welcomed. There were 7 employees without customers and not one went out of there way to see how they can assist me. When I explained I had an appointment with Tim, they could not locate him. Tim arrived and when we walked out to the lot, he was not aware of which cars were available to sell or there specifications. He seemed very unsure of his inventory and we walked around the lots several times checking what car had what. In addition, we walked through mud and water puddles. To top all thigs off, they didn't have the car I requested to view. When I asked about the 2012 Ford Focus, they informed me this was a great car to look at as it had all the specifications I was looking for. They were correct. However, next to this car was a 2013 with this same specifications. Both were priced the same. When I asked why, Tim could not explain. Later that afternoon, Erick contacted me. He offered the 2012 at $21k. When I did my research, I found that the 2012 was selling for $19k at other dealerships, same car and same speificiations. When I asked why, guest what, I never got a response. The only response I recieved from the dealership was "we want to try to work with you". The intentions of the dealership was to sell me a car but the first rule was needed, what did I exactly want? What were the benefits of this car based to my needed? Where was the customer service? Why didn't I feel part of the process? Those are basic sales management skills that any business should have. Ford Lincoln Bellevue lost a customer because I did not trust you. I love the brand and the car, I was already sold on that. I am glad I went to Evergreen Ford, I am not a Ford customer again. I would suggest taking some associates for training at there dealership. They know how to treat customers. More
Being our second time buying a used vehicle at Ford of Bellevue this was another awesome experience. The salesman Lorenzo was very friendly, kind, helpful and smart. We arrived asking for an specific vehicle but it was already sold, but then he asked his manager Gene Miyamura to look up the inventory and found another car even better than we originally wanted although it was in another dealership. Our salesman when to the other dealership to get the car, he also ensured that the car was already serviced and clean. All the paperwork process was smooth and in just a few we drove in our new car. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle at Ford of Bellevue as we are very very happy with the service. We will also recommend this dealership to our friends. More
The consummation of this purchase was delayed for sometime because of health issues with myself. Jeff was very helpful through that and the deal was completed successfully. I had quadruple bypass surgery on August 24, 2012, and was unable to pay much attention to the business of purchasing this vehicle myself. Jeff was very helpful to my wife, in getting it done, He was friendly, patient, clear in his instructions, and very accommodating. Jeff ordered the extended mirrors we wanted for the truck, and had the tonneau cover installed for us. He made a concerted effort to brief us on all the technical controls and bells and whistles in the short time we had to get it done. When we arrived to finally pick up the truck, it was washed, proudly displayed outside, and ready for us to drive off the lot.
