These guys and gals are great. I will always return with my truck when it needs service even though I did not buy it there. The system of check in is better in person and the discussions about the work are my truck when it needs service even though I did not buy it there. Times are tough with new personnel in new jobs and I really get the sense the employees like to work there. More

Paul Hinzpeter is great at Bellevue Ford. The issue is there was a error in the brake assessment in an earlier appointment. So while in for a brake service after about an hour and a half I was told the b there was a error in the brake assessment in an earlier appointment. So while in for a brake service after about an hour and a half I was told the brakes are good and are at 80% left. So i drove down and wasted about 2 and a half hours of my time. More
