I'm 100% on board with Paul in the service department. I commute 33K miles a year in my Mustang Eco-boost, and since my services, over the last three years, I have never had an issue with my Ford or ever ha commute 33K miles a year in my Mustang Eco-boost, and since my services, over the last three years, I have never had an issue with my Ford or ever had a bad experience at AutoNation Ford Service Department. Thank you, Paul, and your team. You are what service should be, and the other dealership should take notes from your management structure and you. Highest rating, and thank you. I have used other dealerships on the eastside, and they do not compare with the quality and keep you safe. My different dealer experience, not Autonation Ford, felt like I was number, and that's why I had an engine failure. I was not listened to or heard when I clearly stated my issues each time. That's the reason why I only see Paul at Autonation. Because he gets it, you genuinely feel like they listen and do what it takes to help. More
Relative ease. Very quick email response from team to schedule a test drive and sent some extra pics during drive out there. Took deposit while I went to Navy Fed to get money. Did have to drive back out schedule a test drive and sent some extra pics during drive out there. Took deposit while I went to Navy Fed to get money. Did have to drive back out there because they have had fraud issue w working remotely. Other groups have used FedEx/esign/etc. or offered local delivery. From Kitsap, I still think it’s work the drive out to Bellevue when buying a “dealership vehicle” as the selection and service, just treat yourself to a meal and shopping while over there lol More
AutoNation Ford Bellevue has always answered my phone calls and promptly got my service appointments scheduled. I am largely displeased with AutoNation as a whole however. I bought a 60,000 mi Platinu calls and promptly got my service appointments scheduled. I am largely displeased with AutoNation as a whole however. I bought a 60,000 mi Platinum warranty and was informed in my last appointment that my home dealership back in Spokane cancelled my warranty at 43,000 miles into my warranty. During that 43,000 mi I had some tire damage that would have been covered underneath the wheel and tire protection that I paid nearly $800 for. Instead of covering my wheels and tires like the coverage I paid for they denied it three separate times and I ended up just buying a new set of tires because I needed to get to work. Every single time I've called AutoNation Spokane they either aren't available or don't return phone calls. I called the sales manager, finance manager, and the general manager to discuss my complaint about the warranty two weeks ago and none of them have responded to me. When I purchased the vehicle I was told that the dealership I purchased it from could do every bit of work on my vehicle so I had every bit of confidence in buying it. The very first issue I had was an auxiliary transmission fluid pump that went out. Sure enough I call the dealership to schedule the work and lo and behold AutoNation Chevrolet cannot work on my Ford pickup as the sales manager George at the time stated. They wanted to hose me for $200 at a separate dealership or I would have to drive the hundreds of miles to Bellevue to the nearest Ford dealership to get it worked on. Bear in mind the fluid pump failed less than a month into me purchasing the vehicle. I then had my tires rotated and one of their technicians stripped a lug nut at AutoNation Chevrolet in Spokane and they attempted to make me pay for the lug nut. I don't regret purchasing my vehicle I just regret doing business with AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane. They are shady and refuse to address customer mistreats. More
AutoNation Ford of Bellevue provided a easy and customer centered experience. Everyone we worked with on their team was a true professional. Big thanks to George Li our sales associate who found us the car centered experience. Everyone we worked with on their team was a true professional. Big thanks to George Li our sales associate who found us the car we wanted in this current crazy car buying landscape. He kept us updated on delivery and got us in a vehicle several months earlier than we anticipated. When we took delivery, our vehicle was out front and waiting when we arrived. No waiting hours at the dealership for them to prep the vehicle. Finance department was surprisingly great. Paper work took minimal time and was the quickest process we’d ever experienced at a dealership. Overall we are grateful for the excellent car buying experience. Thank you AutoNation Ford of Bellevue! More
Very poor communication! I had an appointment to drop off my car on Thursday morning, the job was not done by Thursday night so I gave permission to leave the the car over Thursday night. Absolutely no commu my car on Thursday morning, the job was not done by Thursday night so I gave permission to leave the the car over Thursday night. Absolutely no communication on Friday, they wouldn’t answer their phone, they wouldn’t call me back. Finally I had to show up in person on Saturday to take my vehicle back (the job had not been completed) because there was no way to contact them about was was going on with my vehicle. I would not recommend. More
