Steve Martin is amazing. Let's get that straight, Steve is 5 stars, the service center is 3 stars. Steve is the only reason I keep returning to Autonation Ford for my service. Other than that, prices have is 5 stars, the service center is 3 stars. Steve is the only reason I keep returning to Autonation Ford for my service. Took two weeks to complete a simple starter switch replacement. Granted there were holidays and snow in there but it was also borderline impossible to get a hold of anyone for updates whether I called replacement. Granted there were holidays and snow in there but it was also borderline impossible to get a hold of anyone for updates whether I called a direct line or the generic service department. I really dislike the dealership but have no choice with a hybrid engine. More
